How to Pay
Download and print our Registration and Tuition Forms.  All registration must be mailed in to the address shown on the registration form. We do not offer online registration or fax registrations at this time.  Checks should be made payable to “Dare 2B Fit Camp”.  
Dare 2B Fit Summer Camp is a traditional Day-Camp offered in weekly sessions with a 3-day per week minimum. Campers can select any combinations of days and weeks; there is no need for days or weeks to run consecutively.
You can register for camp at any time, but please keep the following fees in mind:
   >There is no Registration Fee if you register on or before June 1st.
   > After June 1st, there is a $20 Registration Fee per camper.
   > A late fee of $20 is assessed to any registration received after each session's payment deadline.
Payment is due at time of registration.  We offer three payment options: (1) Payment in full; (2) Weekly payments, i.e. pay-as-you-go; (3) Online payments through PayPal.  If selecting the PayPal option, please do NOT send payment.  We will create an invoice for your camper to ensure you get full credit for all online payments.  Payments that are received without an invoice will take 24 hours to process and may accrue a late fee.

Payments must be received by the close of day Wednesday before each chosen week.  Payments made on or after the start of each week will be assessed a $20 late fee.
Every Friday a WELCOME TO CAMP notice will be sent to all campers scheduled to attend for the upcoming week.  Important information about special events, team and coach assignments, and other pertinent information will be included.
Refunds and Cancellations
If your child is unable to attend the program after registering, you can apply the registration fee to subsequent weeks of camp or transfer to a family member.  Dare 2B Fit Camp does not pro-ratefees for missed days.

Refunds are offered if you cancel by June 1st.  Refunds are not offered after that time.
C.I.T. Program (Counselor in Training)
We are pleased to offer special programs for students entering the 9th or 10th grades. We are looking for active, motivated young people to join our Counselor-in-Training Program. Preference is given to our previous campers who are familiar with our program. Applications must be received by May 1st each spring.
Absentee Policy
As a courtesy to all our campers, we are happy to offer makeup days when warranted.
The absence may be made up if the following conditions apply:
  • Arrangements must be made immediately within 24-hours of the missed day.
  • The absence must be the result of illness or an unexpected emergency.
  • The day MUST be made up during a week in which the camper is paid and registered.
  • Campers cannot use makeup days during weeks he/she is not registered to attend.
  • A maximum of two (2) makeup days are permitted per camper.
Makeup days are NOT offered in the following situations:
  • Choosing to stay home because of inclement weather.
  • Electing to stay home due to excessive heat.
  • In both situations, camp activities continue and accommodations are made to ensure the wellness and enjoyment of our campers.
Having an accurate accounting of the number of campers attending camp each week is the only way we can provide adequate supervision.
