Q: Where is your camp?
A: We are located at Saint Paul's Christian School at 714 Herbersville Road in Brick, New Jersey.

Q: Is there a phone number I can call?
A: Yes, our camp phone number is 732-773-6701 and is only monitored during camp hours during the months of June & July.

Q: How do I get in touch with your staff?
A: Our preferred form of communication is though our camp email, Dare2BFitCamp@hotmail.com, which we check constantly.

Q: Can I call Saint Paul's with questions about camp?
A: No, D2BF is not affiliated with St. Pauls and their staff is not prepared to answer questions regarding our camp program.

Q: Where do I send the registration form?
A: All camp registration forms must be mailed in to the address listed on top of the form.

Q: If I paid through PayPal can I email you the registration form?
A: No.  All registrations must be accompanied by an immunization record.

Q: Do you accept walk-ins?
A: Yes, absolutely. There is always room at D2BF Summer Camp. A $20 late fee will be applied to the weekly fees.

Q: Can I register now and pay later?
A: No. You must make a payment (or arrange for a PayPal invoice) at the time of registration.  

Q: Can I pay some now and some later?
A: Yes. Some families decide to pay-as-you-go at the start of each camp week. Campers will be placed on teams for the dates they are paid for, and placed on the "Bench" roster for the dates they are not. Once they are paid for, the child(ren) will be placed on teams again. 

Q: How are the children placed on teams?
A: Campers are placed on teams based on the grade they will be entering the following school year. This allows the campers to get to know their peers and possibly gain experience making new friends.

Q: Can you place my child on the same team as their friend?
A: We do not take requests for special team placement, since the children are grouped by grade. If the children are in the same grade, they are already guaranteed to be placed on the same team. 

Q: What does my child need to bring?
A: Appropriate clothing (sneakers, socks, shorts, light weight shirts, etc.), a water bottle, sunscreen, lunch and a snack. (Snacks, water, and Gatorade® are available for purchase)

Q: Can I send someone else to pick up/drop off my child?
A: We ask that you provide a note with the individuals authorized to pick up or drop off, as well as the appropriate contact information so that we may have their information on file if needed or in case of emergency. 

Q: Do you have before-care?
A: Yes, before-care begins one hour prior to the start of regular camp hours. Before-care starts are 8:00am and camp begins promptly at 9:00am. ​Before-care takes place in the St. Paul's Youth Room, located off the school lobby. 

Q: Do you have after-care?
A: No, we do not offer after-care programs at this time

Q: How much is before-care and how do I pay for it?
A: Before-care is $5/child for each day. We ask that you pay each day as-needed to the coach on duty that day. You may pay up front for the week upon request. 

​Q: How does my child become a Counselor-In-Training?
A: Our CIT program has very limited space with only a few open spots each summer. A link to our CIT application is located on the Registration page of our website. CITs are awarded a certificate with volunteer hours completed at the end of the program. 

Q: Is there a nurse on duty?
A: No, we do not have a nurse at camp, but there is always someone on site with CPR certification.

Q: How do I receive Child Care Credit at tax time?
A: Our Federal Tax ID # is 26-4402282.  If you need a receipt, please contact us through e-mail during camp season or through Facebook off-season.
